The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunion of the Shareholders' general ordinary assembly has not been met on 13.12.2021, 10:00 h, at the first convocation. The assemblie have been attended in person, by proxy or correspondence by 14 shareholders representing 16,969% of the company's share capital at Shareholders' general ordinary reunion.

Consequently, in accordance with Convening Notice the second reunion of the Shareholders' general ordinary assemblie will be held on December 14, 2021, 10:00 h, in the PLATINUM Centre building, str. Olteni no. 2-4, Bucharest 3, 11th floor, Meeting room 1112, having the same agenda.
