The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica informs the investing public on the fact that the Arbitration Center in Vienna has registered the following arbitration requests of some ex – members of the Supervisory Board revoked by the effect of the Shareholders' General Ordinary Assembly Decision no. 4/22.06.2021:

• ARB-5736 Mircea Cristian Staicu (RO) VS. Transelectrica S.A. (RO). Through this arbitration request Mr. Mircea Cristian Staicu has asked that the N.P.G. "Transelectrica" S.A shall be forced to pay the total amount of 1,140,634.51 RON.
• ARB-5735 Mihaela Popescu (RO) VS. Transelectrica S.A. (RO). Through arbitration request mentioned before Mrs. Mihaela Popescu has asked that the N.P.G. "Transelectrica" S.A shall be forced to pay the total amount of 1,140,634.51 RON.

The claims expressed against the Company represent compensation based on mandate contracts concluded applying the Shareholders' General Ordinary Assembly Decision no. 9/28.09.2020¹ , as well as accessories.
