The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investing public that the Vienna Arbitration Center has registered the arbitration request ARB-5770 Burlacu Oleg (RO) vs. Transelectrica (RO). By means of this request, Mr. Burlacu Oleg requested the obligation of the Company to pay the amount of 46,596 lei, representing the variable component of the remuneration for meeting the performance criteria and objectives for the year 2020, updated with the inflation rate, as well as the payment of the amount of 13,697.95 lei, representing the legal penal interest related to the previous debit, calculated from 07.07.2021 until the submission of the arbitration request and the further payment of the legal penal interest related to the main debit until the effective payment date. At the same time, Mr. Burlacu Oleg requested the obligation of CNTEE "Transelectrica" S.A. upon payment of arbitration costs.
