In order to add information to the current report published on January 6, 2023, the National Power Transmission Grid Company Transelectrica informs the shareholders and the interested persons on the fact that regarding the arbitration request ARB-5713 of Mrs. Luiza Popescu, ex-member of the Supervisory Board, revoked through SGA Decision no. 4/2021, The Arbitration Center of Vienna has ruled on 28.09.2023 by Arbitration Decision, accepted the plaintiff's request and forced the Company to pay the amount of 792,132 RON (main), representing compensations based on the mandate contract concluded when applying the Shareholders' General Assembly Decision no. 9/28.09.2020. It also forces the Company to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 11,759.58 RON and 7,011.51 EUR as arbitration expenses.

All the other requests and defences made by the Parties are rejected.
