In accordance with the SGOA Decision no. 6/2022 and the SGOA Informative note no. 31200/06.07.2022 that were brought to the shareholders' attention on the Shareholders' General Assembly on 18.08.2022, the National Power Transmission Grid Company Transelectrica S.A. informs the shareholders and the interested people on the fact that the file no. 14213/3/2023 having as its object the 'claims' of the plaintiff Transelectrica in contradiction with the defendants Constantin DUMITRU, Fănel MIHALCEA, Alin Sorin MITRICĂ, Gheorghe OLTEANU, Liviu ILAȘI, Adrian MITROI and Ion CIUCULETE, ex-members of the Supervisory Board during 2017 – 2019 and the partnership Asito Kapital S.A. and Fast Brokers- Insurance reinsurance Broker SRL, leader of the association Asito Kapital SA¹ has been registered with the Court of Bucharest, Civil Section VI. The value of the requested claims is 9 551.99 RON, of which 8 982 RON main debit and 569.99 RON legal interest.

Currently, the case has its first trial date set for 21.11.2023, the substantive procedural stage.
