Event to report – non-reaching the EGSM quorum on August 19, 2019

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunion of the Shareholders' general extraordinary assembly has not been met on 19.08.2019, 10:00 h, at the first convocation. The assemblies have been attended in person, by proxy or correspondence by 16 shareholders representing 10,32656% of the company's share capital.

Consequently, in accordance with Convening Notice the second reunion of the Shareholders' general extraordinary assemblies will be held on August 20, 2019, 10:00 h, in the PLATINUM Centre building, str. Olteni no. 2-4, Bucharest 3, 11th floor, Meeting room 1112, having the same agenda.
