The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public that in accordance with Mr. Sebastian BURDUJA's notification, registered on 17 December 2019 in the Company, he holds no longer the position of provisional Supervisory Board member in Transelectrica as of the date hereof.

At present the Supervisory Board performs with the members in office on the date of this Communiqué.
