The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that Mr Gheorghe OLTEANU was appointed Supervisory Board Chairman by the Supervisory Board members at their 08 June 2018 meeting by means of Decision 56.

Also, the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that the Supervisory Board designated Mr. Constantin SARAGEA as provisional Directorate member during its meeting of 08 June 2018, by means of Decision 58.

The mandate is granted for the time interval left until expiry of the mandate of Directorate members in office, namely 16 July 2018.

Mr. Constantin SARAGEA's appointment will become effective beginning with the signature date before the notary public of the acceptance statement for the Directorate member mandate in the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA.
