The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that in accordance with its attributions as per statutory and legal provisions the Supervisory Board decided at the meeting of 31 May 2017, by Decisions 48/2017 and 51/2017, as follows:

• Mr Cristian-Eugen RADU is elected Supervisory Board Chairman;
• Taking into account that Mr Ion-Toni TEAU's capacity of Directorate member and Chairman ends on 31.05.2017, and by 31 May 2017 Mr Luca-Nicolae IACOBICI has not expressly accepted the mandate of Directorate member, in order to ensure the Company's activity continuity, beginning June 1 st 2017 Mrs Georgeta-Corina POPESCU is appointed Directorate Chairwoman, (alternatively called Executive Director General or Chief Executive Officer – CEO) of the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA.
