Important event to report: Resignation of one Supervisory Board's member

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public that, at its reunion of 30.12.2015 the Supervisory Board acknowledged the resignation of Mrs Carmen-Georgeta NEAGU from her capacity of member in the Supervisory Board of CNTEE Transelectrica SA beginning with 30.12.2015. Mrs NEAGU has also been chairperson of the Supervisory Board since 12.05.2014.

The decision to give up her mandate was taken for personal reasons, which no longer allow her to allocate the necessary time to carry out the respective mandate.

For the time being the Supervisory Board is running only with the members in office on the date of this Communiqué.
