The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA gives notice the quorum necessary to carry on reunion of the Shareholders' general extraordinary assembly has not been met on 11.10.2019, 10:00 h, at the first convocation. The assemblies have been attended in person, by proxy or correspondence by 23 shareholders representing 77,00901% of the company's share capital.

Consequently, in accordance with Convening Notice the second reunion of the Shareholders' general extraordinary assemblies will be held on October 14, 2019, 10:00 h, in the PLATINUM Centre building, str. Olteni no. 2-4, Bucharest 3, 11th floor, Meeting room 1112, having the same agenda.
