Terms and conditions of availability of the preparatory documents for the General Meeting and Warning

In the current health context, the shareholders of CNP Assurances are convened to an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting, which will be held on Friday 16 April 2021 at 2.30 p.m. behind closed doors, without the physical presence of the shareholders and other persons entitled to attend.

The notice of this general meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of March 10, 2021 (Bulletin n°30) and contains the agenda and the draft text of the resolutions that will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders on this occasion. The corresponding notice of meeting will be published on 24 March 2021 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and in a newspaper carrying legal advertisements.

The information mentioned in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, some of which is included in the notice of meeting and the 2020 universal registration document, can be consulted in the section dedicated to the general meeting on the website https://www.cnp.fr/le-groupe-cnpassurances/investisseurs/actionnaires-individuels/assemblee-generale-2021.

Other documents and information relating to this general meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
