Conditions of availability of information relating to the annual general meeting of 22 April 2022

The notice of meeting for the annual general meeting called on 22 April 2022, comprising the agenda and the text of the resolutions to be put to the vote at this meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on 16 March 2022 (Bulletin no. 32). The invitation to attend this meeting will be published on 30 March 2020 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and in a legal gazette.

All preparatory documents and information that must be provided for this meeting are made available in accordance with applicable regulations and within the time limits set by law.
