Proxy documents for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2011
The Annual General Meeting of CNP Assurances shareholders will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, 6 May 2010 at Palais Brongniart in Paris.
The notices of meeting published on 14 March and 13 April 2011 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires and the proxy documents, including the meeting agenda, details of the proposed resolutions and instructions on how to participate and vote, are available for viewing or download on the CNP Assurances financial information website http://www.cnp-finances.fr.
The other information to be made available to shareholders pursuant to Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce) is included in the 2010 Registration Document, which is also available on the Company's website.
