Change in share capital

The Company reports a change in fully subscribed and paid in share capital as of December 31, 2013 – notified today to the Netherlands Authority for the financial markets (AFM) - after the issue of 1,205,758 new Common Shares in relation to certain share-based incentive plans granted by the predecessor company CNH Global N.V. before the completion of the Mergers.
