APPOINTMENT OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of C&N Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Ms. Fung Mee Kuen, being an executive Director, has been appointed as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect from 31 March 2026.
