The equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 1,626,562,910/consisting of 162,656,291 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each to Rs. 1,627,622,910 /- consisting of 162,762,291 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each.
