With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on August 26, 2023, has approved the allotment of 325,000 (Three Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand) equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to eligible employees of the Company under CMS Employees Stock Option Plan 2016.

The equity shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 1,561,859,240/- consisting of 156,185,924 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each to Rs. 1,565,109,240 /- consisting of 156,510,924 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each.
