Pursuant to Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations’), and in continuation to our above-mentioned letter bearing Ref. No.: CMSINFO/2507/005 dated July 23, 2025, we hereby inform you that CMS Info Systems Limited (“ Company ”) has completed the acquisition of 15,14,299 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, representing 53.89% of share capital of Securens Systems Private Limited (“ Target ”), on a fully diluted basis under tranche 1 of the arrangement.
The Company is in the process of acquiring the remaining shares of the Target under one or more tranches, which will be separately intimated by the Company in due course on completion of each such transaction.
