Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), and further to our previous communications mentioned hereinabove, we hereby inform you that CMS Info Systems Limited ("the Company") has successfully completed the acquisition of additional 12,06,150 Equity Shares of ₹10 each (“Equity Shares”) in Securens Systems Private Limited ("Securens") pursuant to the agreed arrangement.

As a result of this acquisition, the Company's aggregate holding in Securens has increased to 99.50% of the total share capital of Securens, on a fully diluted basis.

The Company is in the process of acquiring the remaining shares of Securens under one or more tranches, and will provide separate intimation upon the completion of each such transaction, as required.

You are requested to take note of the same.
