Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Tapan Ray (DIN: 00728682), who was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of CMS Info Systems Limited ("the Company") for a second term of three consecutive years, effective from April 9, 2022, retires from his position as an Independent Director, after the end of working hours today, April 8, 2025, following the conclusion of his second term as an Independent Director.

The Board has recorded its gratitude and sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Tapan Ray during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
