Mr. Bhirani has an extensive background in managing complex operations leading to large-scale business transformation and specialises in driving integrated operations delivery to enhance efficiency through process excellence in large organisations. He is a highly respected leader, with 8+ years in CXO roles having previously served as COO at Byju’s and CEO at Ola Fleet and Digital Risk (an Mphasis company). |

CMS Info Systems appoints Puneet Bhirani as President of Operations
Mumbai, March 11, 2024: CMS Info Systems (CMSINFO), India’s leading business services company has today announced the appointment of Puneet Bhirani as President of Operations, a new role to consolidate service delivery and operations across business lines.
Welcoming Puneet to the team, Mr. Rajiv Kaul — Executive Vice Chairman, Whole Time Director, and CEO of CMS Info Systems commented, "To enable our robust revenue growth of over 20% in the last 3 years, we have made significant investments in technology and automation to deliver world-class quality and superior network performance for our customers. With deep domain knowledge of business operations across sectors and having led complex large-scale projects, I am delighted to have Puneet join the CMS Leadership Team to help us continue growing our logistics and technology business platform.”
Puneet Bhirani has more than 26 years of cross-cultural leadership experience across India, UK and US markets. He worked at Mphasis for over 18 years across roles in sales, operations, and global shared services and as a member of the Executive Council. He was also the CEO of its subsidiary, Digital Risk, USA. Post Mphasis, he worked as CEO of OLA Fleet and then as COO of OLA Cabs and was involved in setting up the Ola Electric Gigafactory. Prior to joining CMSINFO, he was the COO of Byju’s where he built and managed the hybrid learning business across 300+ new centres and drove their operational transformation strategy across sales, logistics, and enduser experience.
Puneet holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College and a Masters in Marketing from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research along with an Advanced Management Program from Wharton Business School.
