Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Praveen Soni, has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company and will be relieved from his responsibilities after the end of working hours on 30[th] September 2023.

Consequent to the above, Mr. Debashis Dey, a senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an employee of the Company, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer (and Company Secretary Designate) of the Company with effect from the end of working hours on 30[th] September 2023. Proposal for Mr. Dey’s appointment as the Company Secretary of the Company will be considered by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board at its next ensuing meeting.

The details required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure I .
