The Company has already shortlisted his replacement who is expected join the Company shortly.
The details required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure I .
A copy of the resignation letter received from Mr. Rohit Kilam is enclosed as Annexure II .
