Re: CMP Mining Inc. (“CMP Mining”) NI 43-101 Technical Report dated July 19, 2022 of L. John Peters, PGeo, titled “National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the Coquigold Property, Nicola Mining Division, British Columbia” (the “Coquigold Report")

The undersigned hereby consents to the submission to the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions and Canadian Securities Exchange of the Coquigold Report dated July 19, 2022 in connection with the preliminary long form prospectus of CMP Mining dated November 21, 2022 (the “ Preliminary Prospectus ”).

The undersigned further consents to: (1) the public filing of the Coquigold Report, (2) being named in the Preliminary Prospectus, and (3) references to, the use of extracts from, or a summary of, the Coquigold Report in the Preliminary Prospectus.
