PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by CMON Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that based on the preliminary review of the unaudited management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2025, it is expected that there will be a loss attributable to equity holders of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2025 as compared to a profit attributable to equity holders of the Company of approximately US$0.17 million for the six months ended 30 June 2024. The loss attributable to equity holders of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2025 is estimated to be within the range of US$6.0 million to US$8.0 million. Such change was mainly due to a significant decrease in revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

As the Company is still in the process of finalizing the interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2025, the information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment by the Board based on the preliminary review of the unaudited management accounts of the Group and the information currently available to the Board, which have neither been reviewed by the audit committee of the Company nor audited or reviewed by the Company's auditor. The actual interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2025 may be different from the information disclosed in this announcement. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the interim results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2025, which is expected to be published by 31 August 2025.
