SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION INVOLVING ACQUISITION OF SHARES OF CHAOZHOU RURAL CREDIT UNION

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 24 January 2019 in relation to the Share Acquisition. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

In addition to the information provided in the Announcement, the Company would like to provide further information on Chaozhou Rural Credit Union as below.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON CHAOZHOU RURAL CREDIT UNION

The audited net asset value of Chaozhou Rural Credit Union as at 31 December 2016 and 31 December 2017 amounted to RMB630,674,484.98 and RMB653,351,114.88 respectively.
