At the request of Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in the H-Shares of Company on the Main Board of the The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 22 September 2015 pending the release of an announcement in relation to inside information on revised terms of the Placing Agreement as referred to in the announcement of the Company dated 21 September 2015.
