CHANGE OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Wu Tai Cheung (“ Mr. Wu ”) has tendered his resignation as the joint company secretary of the Company (the “ Joint Company Secretary ”) and has ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”) and an authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process or notice in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively, the “ Authorised Representative ”) with effect from 1 August 2018.

Mr. Wu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no further information relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Tung Sze Ho Dicky (“ Mr. Tung ”), who is delegated by an external secretarial service provider, Angela Ho & Associates, has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative in replacement of Mr. Wu with effect from 1 August 2018.

Mr. Tung is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has extensive experiences in the company secretarial field.
