“ ” - On 24 July 2017, China Molybdenum Co., Ltd. (the Company ) completed the non public - issuance of A Shares. Upon completion of the non public issuance of A Shares, the total number of shares of the Company increased from 16,887,198,699 shares to 21,599,240,583 shares.
