BRIEFING SESSION ON
INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2021
1. Type of the Briefing Session
China Molybdenum Co., Ltd.* (the “ Company ”) will convene an online briefing session (the “ Briefing Session ”) on the interim results of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2021 (the “ Interim Results ”) from 09:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 27 August 2021. The Briefing Session will be held by a combination of video recording and online interaction through online platform of SSE Roadshow ( 上證路演中心 ), whereby the Company will communicate with investors in relation to the Interim Results and the operations of the Company.
In order to facilitate the interaction with investors and to allow investors to appraise the performance of the Company, shareholders of the Company and investors are welcomed to participate in the online briefing session.
2. Time and Way of Convening the Online Briefing Session
Time: from 09:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 27 August 2021
Method: SSE Roadshow (http://roadshow.sseinfo.com)

3. Participants
Mr. Yuan Honglin, the chairman of the Company and Mr. Li Chaochun, the vice chairman of the Company will attend the Briefing Session.
4. Investors’ Participation

(1) Investors may log on to the SSE Roadshow (http://roadshow.sseinfo.com) to watch the result release video from 09:30 to 11:30 on Friday, 27 August 2021, and the Company will answer the investors’ questions in a timely manner through SSE Roadshow.

(2) Investors may send the information they need to know and relevant questions to the Company’s investor relations mailbox: [email protected] before 17:00 p.m. on Thursday, 26 August 2021, and the Company will answer questions generally concerned about by the investors at the Briefing Session.
