Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Nigel Clark, Non-Executive Chairman, and his wife yesterday transferred 24,600 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 375 pence per share into his and his wife's personal pension plans. Following this transfer, Nigel Clark's total beneficial interest in the Company remains 24,600 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1518% of the Group's issued share capital.
