Director's Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 17 September 2013, Nigel Clark, Group Financial Director, exercised options over 58,139 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 86 pence per share and subsequently sold these Ordinary Shares at a price of 525 pence per share.
These share options were granted in July 2008. Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Nigel's beneficial interest remains at 62,100 ordinary shares of 5 pence each representing approximately 0.39% of the Group's issued share capital.
