The Company has today been notified that on 27 February 2013, George Gurry, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 410p per share.  Following the transaction, Mr Gurry's beneficial interest is 1,575,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 9.93% of the issued share capital. Mr Gurry, aged 82, remains committed to the business and has no current intention to sell further Ordinary Shares at this time.
