The Company has today been notified that on 27 February 2013, George Gurry, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £4.10.  Following the transaction, Mr. Gurry's beneficial interest is 1,575,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 9.93% of the issued share capital.
