NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has today been notified that on 8 January 2013, Nigel Clark, Group Financial Director, sold 12,900 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.95.  Following the transaction, Mr Clark's beneficial interest is 77,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.49% of the issued share capital.
