CMG Cleantech S.A. Enters into Discussions for Large Scale Solar Panel Installations.

[Paris, 20 October 2022] - CMG Cleantech S.A ("CMG"), a clean energy and technology corporation, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tech Infinite Ltd. of the United Kingdom has entered into initial negotiations with Daza Properties S.L. of Málaga Spain, a leading residential and commercial construction company.

Daza Properties has recently obtained a 33% working interest in a very extensive luxury development in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave on the coast of Morocco. The area of the entire project covers some 250,000 meters squared in size and will include hotels, a deluxe sports complex, single family chalet style residences and apartment buildings.

The discussions between the two companies are for the installation of utility large scale solar panel systems intended for both the single and multi-family residential structures to be constructed in the Ceuta project.

The solar panel systems will include the high-powered proprietary Tech Infinite solar panels that are modular and adaptable to any roof design and come with optimal performance photo voltaic cells. These panels are manufactured from recycled tile material and are a low-cost alternative to those offered by competitors.

In addition, the solar panel system comes equipped with a modular battery for power storage manufactured from recycled electric vehicle fuel cells with a built-in battery management system (BMS) and a power inverter.
