Breda, the Netherlands, 12 November 2025 – CM.com N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam: CMCOM), a global Conversational Commerce platform, announces that it has issued 1,020,408 new shares to Dutch entrepreneur Valentijn Rensing, founder of Youfone. Through this private placement, Rensing has acquired an interest in CM.com of about 3%, as part of his intention to acquire a stake of above 5%. The shares were issued at a price of EUR4.90 per share, based on the Volume Weighted Average Price in the period 3-7 November 2025. The share issue is in line with the authority granted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The investment of EUR 5 million provides additional capital to support CM.com's balance sheet and accelerate CM.com's strategic growth initiatives. The private placement further broadens its longterm shareholder base, reflecting continued confidence in the company's strategy and market position.
Valentijn Rensing is an entrepreneur, based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). He founded telecom operator Youfone in 2008. Youfone was sold to KPN in 2023, where Mr. Rensing continued in the role of CEO of Youfone. Next to the position of CEO of Youfone, Mr. Rensing is active on the Belgian telecom market under the brand Yoin. Mr. Rensing also organizes the annual Rotterdam Gala, a well-known benefit gala event. The shares in CM.com will be held through Coöperatie Rensing Group.
