CM.com appoints Valentijn Rensing as Supervisory Board member

Breda, the Netherlands, 29 May 2026 – CM.com (Euronext Amsterdam: CMCOM), a global Conversational Commerce platform, today announces the appointment of Valentijn Rensing to the Supervisory Board.

With this appointment, the Supervisory Board is extended to six members: Jacques van den Broek (Chair), Mariken Tannemaat (Vice-Chair), Joëlle Frijters, Diederik Karsten, Stephan Nanninga and Valentijn Rensing.

Jacques van den Broek, Chair of the Supervisory Board: "As Members of the Supervisory Board, we welcome the appointment by the Founder Committee of Valentijn Rensing as a new member. In November 2025, Valentijn Rensing took a 3% stake in CM.com following a private placement. The private placement provided CM.com with additional capital to support its balance sheet and accelerate its strategic growth initiatives. At the same time, the longterm shareholder base was further broadened, reflecting confidence in the company's strategy and market position.

Valentijn Rensing (1981) is an entrepreneur, based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). He founded telecom operator Youfone in 2008. Youfone was sold to KPN in 2023, where Valentijn Rensing continued in the role of CEO of Youfone. Next to the position of CEO of Youfone, Valentijn Rensing is active on the Belgian telecom market under the brand Yoin. Valentijn Rensing also organizes the annual Rotterdam Gala, a well-known benefit gala event.
