Dividend Payment Information
As reported in the Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2024 released at 07.00 this morning, the Board agreed a recommendation to shareholders of a final dividend of 7.3 pence per share on CMC ordinary shares.
Subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2024 will be paid on 9 August 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 12 July 2024.
