Results of the Audit Tender Process

CMC Markets Plc ("CMC" or the "Group"), a leading global provider of online trading and institutional ("B2B") platform technology solutions, announces that following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Group's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of Deloitte LLP as its auditor for the year ending 31 March 2023. This appointment is subject to approval by the Group's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in July 2022.

Having served as auditor since 2010, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") will complete the audit for the year ending 31 March 2022. The Board wishes to thank PwC for their service and support to the Group.
