ADOPTION OF SHARE AWARD PLAN CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to our Company’s announcement dated 16 January 2015 (“ Announcement ”). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless the context otherwise requires. The Board would like to clarify as follows:

• (i) regarding the source of Shares under paragraph (c) on page 2 of the Announcement, the person(s) providing the Shares to the Share Award Plan Trustee may be substantial shareholders of the Company who may give such Shares to the Share Award Plan Trustee free of charge;

• (ii) the Remuneration Committee would not give instructions as to the voting of the Shares held by the Share Award Plan Trustee pending vesting under the Share Award Plan; and

• (iii) upon termination of the Share Award Plan, any surplus Shares held by the Share Award Plan Trustee will be sold on the market with the proceeds returned to the Company.
