SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of TSC Offshore Group Limited (the “Company”), trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended with effect from 10 December 2009 at 9:30 a.m. pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed placing of existing shares and subscription of new shares which is price sensitive in nature.
