The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of TSC Group Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that with effect from 24 February 2014, the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer office in Cayman Islands will be changed to:

Codan Trust Company (Cayman) Limited Cricket Square Hutchins Drive P.O. Box 2681 Grand Cayman KY1-1111 Cayman Islands

The Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong is still maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited, 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong.
