Release of Shares from Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Cluey Ltd (ASX: CLU) (“Cluey”) advises that 4,220,896 fully paid ordinary shares (“Escrowed Shares”) subject to ASX imposed mandatory escrow arrangements are due to be released from mandatory escrow on 8 May 2021.

As outlined in the Company’s initial public offering Prospectus dated 23 October 2020, and the ASX announcement regarding Cluey’s admission and commencement of official quotation dated 8 December 2020, these are the first shares to be released from mandatory escrow. Following the release of the Escrowed Shares, a total of 33,170,331 fully paid ordinary shares remain as restricted securities subject to ongoing mandatory escrow arrangements.

The Escrowed Shares are held by various investors who invested in Cluey in May 2020. The Escrowed Shares represent approximately 3.53% of all shares on issue.

Cluey will apply for quotation of the Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
