Release of Shares from Escrow
Further to the announcement on 9 August 2021, Cluey Ltd (ASX: CLU) (“Cluey”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that a total of 560,643 fully paid ordinary Cluey shares subject to ASX-imposed mandatory escrow arrangements (“Escrowed Shares”) were, and will be, released from mandatory escrow on 14 August 2021 and 21 August 2021.
The Escrowed Shares were released from mandatory escrow in two separate tranches with 87,183 Escrowed Shares released on 14 August 2021 and 473,460 Escrowed Shares to be released on 21 August 2021.
The Escrowed Shares are held by various investors who invested in Cluey in August 2020, including 29,061 Shares held by Key Management Personnel (“KMP”) which will remain subject to voluntary escrow arrangements. In addition, a further 431,437 Shares will remain subject to voluntary escrow arrangements. The Escrowed Shares represent approximately 0.47% of all shares on issue.
