Release of Securities from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Cluey Ltd (ASX: CLU) (“Cluey”) advises that 444,324 Cluey ordinary shares (“Shares”) issued to ex-employees, will be released from voluntary escrow with effect from 10 am on Wednesday 15 September 2021.

These shares are already quoted on the ASX.
