Release of Shares from Escrow

Further to the announcement on 11 June 2021, Cluey Ltd (ASX: CLU) (“Cluey”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that a total of 2,926,244 fully paid ordinary Cluey shares subject to ASX-imposed mandatory escrow arrangements (“Escrowed Shares”) were released from mandatory escrow on 19 June 2021 and 24 June 2021.

The Escrowed Shares were released from mandatory escrow in two separate tranches with 1,743,692 Escrowed Shares released on 19 June 2021 and 1,182,552 Escrowed Shares released on 24 June 2021.

The Escrowed Shares are held by various investors who invested in Cluey in June 2020, including 1,182,552 Shares held by Key Management Personnel (“KMP”). These 1,182,552 Shares held by KMP will remain subject to voluntary escrow arrangements. The Escrowed Shares represent approximately 2.45% of all shares on issue.
