The Company was notified on 22 June 2021 that, on the same day, Martin Bolland acquired an additional 452,314 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £1.02 per Share, as a result of which Mr Bolland's total holding has increased to 1,236,142 Shares representing approximately 3.41% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
