completes the acquisition of the outstanding Neo Portfolio leasehold interests

Further to the announcement made on 16 September 2013 regarding the acquisition of 34 UK properties for £118.6 million, CLS is pleased to confirm that it has received landlord's consent on, and subsequently completed the purchase of, the outstanding four long leasehold properties.  The four properties comprised £12.75 million of the original purchase price, and income from them has accrued to CLS from the original date of purchase on 13 September 2013.
